If I duplicate campaign #2 and I have 5 campaigns in total, it should be numbered #6, not #2. Or preferably, when duplicating, give me the option to rename before it creates the campaign.

As of right now, I don't have an easy way of knowing when I need to spin up a new campaign since I've sent out all of the connection requests from a prior campaign. Getting some kind of progress indicator somewhere would be helpful, so I know when I'm not maximizing my throughout
